This report reviews recent developments in the life insurance industry and concerns regarding the disclosure of life insurance information. The purpose of the report is to provide a reference source for the key players in the life insurance field, including consumers, insurers, and regulators; to identify options available to consumers; and finally, to discuss the insurance regulating process in Texas.
