Author Description

The book brings together a series of articles from different disciplines, which critically address the experience of the Metropolitan Program "Barrio Mio". Its main contribution is to show and analyze the approach the specific and complete methodology with which were addressed - and could be addressed- urbanism in the popular districts of Metropolitan Lima, a task in which, as it is evidenced in a chapter of the book, the Peruvian capital is behind in comparison with other Latin American capitals.
