Brown Collection of North Carolina Folklore Ellen Cole and her staff in the Central Stenographic Bureau at the University Of California at Los Angeles typed the text, processing it from the basic entries on the original slips, as edited, and then went on to do the more routine though difficult typing encountered in some sixteen hundred pages Of notes.
