Author Description

Chief Inspector Daniel Jacquot is puzzled by a series of murders on his patch, in Marseilles, a sun drenched city by the sea. With a new partner, a rising body count, and only a three letter tattoo to work with, he tracks his quarry, gradually closong in on a methodical, yet sometimes whimsical murderer the press have christened "The waterman".
