The work in this book is based on experimental aspects. Author describes the characterizations of Molybdenum Ditelluride Single Crystals. The microscopic examinations of the surface of these crystals have revealed layered growth mechanism. These crystals have applications in the field of catalysts. MoTe2 has been used for solar energy conversion in photoelectrochemical (PEC) solar cell due to small band gap and high chemical stability.
