11 year-old Jessica Trouble has just been accepted as a 1st year cadet in the Astro Patrol Academy. While out celebrating Jessica, her younger cousin Nathan, and their cunning dog, Rocket, witness a daring robbery and take it upon themselves to capture the would be thief. But Jessica and Rocket believe there is more going on than a mere robbery, and take it upon themselves to investigate further. And thus begins the first adventure of Jessica Trouble and Rocket, the Astrodog!
