Tend to Grow is a story of a young woman (Rachel) who learns the essential keys to coaching and leadership through stories from her mentor, known simply as Coach. Rachel learns concepts such as servant leadership, developing systems, developing a process and others from a host of characters who utilize stories to share their message. Many of those stories come from Coach's experiences on the farm as a young girl. This book is designed to deliver the basics of leadership for young leaders heading out for the first time as influencers in the professional world.
