“It's Cancer.” Very difficult words to hear, no matter who you are. You sit in disbelief. The air grows heavy. Me & Cancer. Cancer & Me. In 2006 our spunky, energetic five-year-old was diagnosed with advanced cancer. One day we were a happy, busy family, and the next, we were hovering at the edge of a precipice, with few choices offered. Despite our fears for our child and tears for our family, we had to regroup, refocus, and quickly assemble critical healthcare information. We needed organization to help. A notebook was the perfect organizational tool. Cancer Notebook was born.
