Author Description

Author Laura Murphy was involved in a serious car crash in October 1987. Twenty years later, she became a minister of care at a large Chicago hospital. She used her tragic experience as an "opportunity" to better relate to each patient and understand his or her pain. My Opportunity with God is a collection of true stories about those visits. Each story is much more than a memoir or straightforward report. They all end with the statement of the learned message.
