Drag queens Autumn Goldleaf and Cookie La Ruse are looking forward to a working holiday on the Caribbean island of Bonaire. Although Autumn isn't losing any sleep over the end of a brief relationship with Detective Zachary Baker, Cookie isn't as lucky. Her heart still aches for her on-again, off-again German boyfriend, Ziggy, who is on tour in Europe. But life in paradise isn't all that it should be, thanks to the presence of Pulitzer Prize winner Dale Heights and his disagreeable wife, Lorraine. When Lorraine Heights is found dead in one of the resort pools, it is up to Autumn and Cookie to investigate. Together, they will follow many leads and examine each suspect, all of which are only too capable of murder.
