Author Description

The Tomb of Tut-Ankh-Amen is written by Howard Carter, a British archaeologist and Egyptologist and was head of the archeological dig that led to the discovery King Tutankhamen's tomb, which was the best-preserved pharaonic tomb ever found. In this book which is the first of three volumes written by Carter, he describes the inside of Kung Tutankhamen's tomb in-depth as well as the contents of the tomb. The book also provides many photos of the inside of the tomb as it was originally found.
