While visiting a fast-food restaurant, Bonnie accidentally takes home a mini Buzz Lightyear, leaving the real Buzz behind! But when Buzz tries to escape, he meets Recycle Ben, Nervous Sys-Tim, and other unwanted kids'-meal toys who think Buzz belongs with them.
