This book contains four contributions dealing with topics in dynamical systems: Transversal homoclinic orbits of area-preserving diffeomorphisms of the plane, asymptotic periodicity of Markov operators, classical particle channeling in perfect crystals, and adiabatic invariants in classical mechanics.
