The 'Pearson Atlas' is a highly visual atlas for human and physical geography as well as humanities and SOSE courses. It focuses on global and Australian issues, with an emphasis on using spatial concepts. It also contains comparable maps drawn to the same scale and easily identifiable icons on pages showing links with Companion Website activities and GIS fieldwork sheets. Includes free Student CD. The 'Pearson Atlas' is supported by a Companion Website and Teacher's Resource CD that provides free GIS mapping data formatted for MapInfo software. The atlas was produced in conjunction with the cartographic and design department of Dorling Kindersley.
