A surrealistic look at Chile under the Pinochet regime. The protagonist is Tito Livio, an advertising executive who makes TV commercials and who possesses the secret of infinite power and knowledge. He is constantly being pursued by goons who want to steal his secret. Who are these goons? They represent both sides--good guys and bad--both wanting to take control of the Chilean soul.
