Author Description

This catalog accompanied a 2013 exhibition of the artist's work. It contains an artist's statement originally written in 1963, but suppressed by the Czech authorities. In addition, there are essays by Karel Cisar and Matthew Witkovsky; and transcript of a conversation between Alice Motard and Marie Klimesova; numerous color and black-and-white plates; and a chronology.
