Rebecca Anderson is an up-and-coming realtor in Annabella, Utah. When she meets Neil and Janet Williams, a lovely black couple expecting a baby, she's thinking this could be a huge sale for her. She doesn't realize it could be a huge something else for her too. Neil isn't having relations with his wife and Rebecca looks like she could service him in that regard as well. She isn't, however, prepared for her secret affair to lead to her servicing a massive influx of wealthy black clients. She also isn't prepared to be the face of the city's changing ethnic landscape. Can she maintain her marriage, make her money, and stop the brewing racial unrest?
