Fragmentos is about dealing with grief and losing someone you care about. It’s about the struggle and inability to move on from someone who once meant so much to you and whom continues to mean so much to you. It dives into the hard truth of the internal battle that many of us face when it comes to self-forgiveness with the clear acknowledgement of the fact that we were the cause of those who left us because of our poor judgement and the mistakes we made along with the flawed tendencies of ours. Fragmentos comes from a very personal journey of a deep-woven friendship that I hope can help someone who may be going through similar waters to understand that they are not alone and that there is hope in finding healing despite of all the mistakes made and all the damages done in the past. Ultimately, Fragmentos is about finding a way to let go while also appreciating the ones you love by being appreciative for all that they were to you and continue to be to you without beating yourself up for being the reason they left. Find a way to cherish the good times with them no matter how limited they may have been, because at the end of the day, limited doesn’t take away the fact that they existed. You deserve to be freed from your past mistakes and the grief that you feel so consumed and bonded in. And you deserve to move on the same way they did.
