"Elementa Linguarum Orientis" is a new series of paperback manuals dedicated to the study of the Semitic languages. Designed specifically as textbooks for classroom and study, each volume will contain a sketch of the grammar, exercise texts, comments, and a glossary of the language involved. Professor Josef Tropper writes the first volume on the Ugaritic language.
