
The project assesses the feasibility of developing a multisectorland evaluation system (MLES) which, if implemented, could assessconstraints and opportunities for production in both theagricultural and forestry sectors. It outlines the potentialapplications of a MLES for New Brunswick; introduces a generalconceptual model for resource assessment and evaluation; proposesa structure for a multisector land evaluation system for NewBrunswick; and explores the opportunities for multisectorresource assessment at the national level.
