It is today a family of vehicles which make us smile Their minimal size, their original form and their somewhat obsolete design intrigue and amuse. However, born essentially after the 2nd world war, microcars were created so everybody could afford an automobile. Small and large manufacturers were involved. If many did not exceed the stage of the prototype or a few production units, some models were succesful.
