Mohammed al-Rashid was an idealist from Saudi Arabia. In 1999, Mohammed was accepted into the New York University School of Law. However, on September 11, 2001, the world changed. Many of Mohammed’s friends at NYU started being suspicious of all Muslims – including him. After one of his close Muslim friends was killed by an anti-Muslim gang, he was devastated. So, in trying to adjust to his new reality, he started to attend a local mosque, where he began his rapid descent into jihadism. After Law School, Mohammed took a vacation in Cancun. While there, the area was hit by a hurricane. "If only I could tie the power of a hurricane to a nuclear bomb," he thought, “the fallout would lay waste to the Gulf Coast.” He called his revenge “Hurricane Jihad”. This is the account of that horrific scheme.
