Author Description

This study brings together two major areas of interest to the Fridtjof Nansen Arctic security issues and Soviet energy policy. In order to understand the prospects for oil development in the Barents Sea, we have pooled our resources of knowledge from these two issue areas--let us hope in combination with a synergetic effect.
