Investigates the way in which workers are being represented and can participate in restructuring processes through social dialogue and the industrial relations system that regulate it. Presents the results of country study reports of firms of the clothing, food and IT industries as well as public sector organization and the postal and rail services in 14 countries of the EU-27. Carried out in the framework of the European Commission's project on Work Organization and Restructuring in the Knowledge Society (WORKS).
