"This research has been undertaken by a university research team in collaboration with Landcom through Landcom's University Roundtable Research program. It focuses on build-to-rent (BtR), a term that - at its simplest - normally refers to apartment blocks or larger developments purpose-built for rental occupation and held in single ownership as long-term revenue-generating assets.
