This book contains a transcript of the oversight hearing conducted by the Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees, and International Law of the Committee on the Judiciary on the topic of Nazi war criminals in the United States. The hearing was based on a report submitted by the General Accounting Office which identified individuals who had participated in Nazi war crimes and had entered the United States illegally.
