Author Description

The Forum was held in Toronto on February 12-14, 1992. The purpose of this forum was to broaden the understanding of community economic development as it is practiced in other parts of the world, particularly in Europe and the United States. The forum was designed to explore international experience in community economic development, relate this to the Canadian and Ontario context, and apply appropriate new ideas to the practice of community economic development in Ontario. This document contains the proceedings from the Forum.
