The Aim is to Study the various occupational stresses in insurance industry in the area of Amritsar, Tarntaran, Patti, Ajnala, Ferozpur, Chhabal, Bhikhiwind and Khemkaran. The companies considered for this study are Ageon life insurance, Aviva life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz, SBI, LIC, HDFC standard life insurance, Met life insurance. The study mainly consists of the feedback from the employees, some in the form of answers to the questions provided in the questionnaire and some based on the personal interviews conducted with the employees to find out the reasons behind the answers they chosen
