This study is a guide for individuals and churches to enter into a discernment process to better understand God's calling personally and in the life of a congregation. The purpose of "Discipleship Journey" is twofold: 1) to asses the strengths and weaknesses of your congregation, and 2) to identify the congregation's mission field, create an action plan and a discipleship plan.
