This does not qualify as a book, but rather a small pamphlet that was designed to pass out as an evangelism tool. Since science deals with p-value which is statistical hypothesis testing of what the probability value is for a given statistical model, the probability that, when the null hypothesis is true - the statistical summary would be greater than or equal to the actual observed results. That said, what is the statistical probability that what the Bible says about the real world is true? This short pamphlet answers that Question.
