Author Description

In this book, Dr. Pang encourages readers to explore and think about how they can make changes in their current and future classrooms--changes that are based on strong philosophical orientations. Schools are complex social systems; Dr. Pang believes educators must hold values of compassion and social justice from which these educational organizations are built upon. This book is also written to encourage current and future teachers to create communities of care where trusting relationships with other educators, students, and parents, teachers are at its core.
