
We published our first Wintergreen cookbook in 2011. Scarcely was the book off the press when people started asking us when the next book was coming out. It took us seven years, but that's a good thing. Because the recipes we included have stood the test of time. There are a few that appeared in A Taste of Wintergreen (Mechefske, 2011) because they're just so good that they bear repeating.
