
The author, who majored in Early Childhood Education and now is an English teacher in Taiwan, has devoted more than twenty-five years telling hundreds of pictorial stories based on the Scaffolding Theory and methodical learning strategies. Research shows that learning phonics with pictorial stories not only leads to better English spelling but also increases reading skills.
