When Mahabharat war was declared, Dhritrashtra chose Sanjay as his advisor to narrate Mahabharat war as both of them did not participate in the war. Sanjay narrated Mahabharat war live to Dhritrashtra, held at Kurukshetra, in today’s Haryana state of India. Bhagavadgita is the discourse or motivational speech from Lord Krishna given to Arjun just before Mahabharat war commenced. Present book is a translation of original Srimad Bhagavadgita as I could understand.
