
t is heartening to note that the authors have come up with yet another bok on healthy lifestyle for youth of today. It has been aptly titled as Mantras for Helthy Lifestyle A Saltogenic Approach. Their earlier book, Hoe to Cultivate a Healthy Lifestyle A Saltogenic perspective was also quite successful. It is my pleasure to introduce this new book, which is a part of an intervention package being used inan ICMR project being run by the authors. This young generation of information technology era in 21st century is seriously at risk of a plethora of non- communicable diseases. They lead fast paced lives. The modern gadget based lifestyle (mobile, laptop, TV, mobike) as tended to take them away from the natural way of life.
