It explains the law in a practical, understandable, and relevant manner for business users, and it challenges traditional approaches to the subject by clearly placing the law in context and demonstrating how company law shapes and influences business planning and decision-making. Joyce Lee Suet Lin is an Associate Professor with the Division of Business Law at the Nanyang Business School (NBS) and an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She graduated with an LLB from National University of Singapore and obtained an LLM from University of Virginia, USA. Victor Yeo Chuan Seng is currently Associate Professor of Business Law, Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University and concurrently Deputy Associate Provost (Student Life). He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). Victor is presently also an Associate Director of Aptus Law Corporation where he continues to engage in corporate consulting work. Navprakash Fernandez is a Lecturer with the Division of Business Law at the Nanyang Business School (NBS), Nanyang Technological University. He holds an LLM and an LLB(Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
