We know our kids have lots of questions about life, and are sometimes nervous to ask us. The Ask Me Anything Journal is a comfortable place for important conversations, life lessons, and sacred moments. A neutral, judgement free place for you and your child to ask each other anything, without the pressure of a face-to-face conversation. This 8x10 journal is filled with white lined pages, and formatted with 2 sections on each page named "my question is..." and "my answer is..." The very first page lists the intentions of the book, and reads as follows: "Ask me anything without saying a word, this way your questions will surely be heard... This journal is designed to give you and your child an opportunity to ask each other the awkward questions, without having to worry about the awkwardness. Whenever one of you has a question for the other, simply write it in the notebook, leave it on their pillowcase, and walk away. Then, the other person answers the question by writing their response. Place the journal on asker's pillow in return. Offer a promise to each other that if it is asked in the book, there are no conversations about it face-to-face. What goes in the journal, stays in the journal. If you really feel the need to address it in person, explain this to them in the journal, and ask their permission to speak about it in person, so that the journal can continue to serve you both as a trusted tool for communication."
