Sandra Renew's new collection continues the concerns of her award winning Acting Like a Girl. It ranges freely in time from the 1950s to the present day, from the contemporary to memoir, gender politics, bushfires and floods. It contains jeeps, trucks, girlfriends and canecutters, widgies, Singer sewing machines and class grudges.
