This is the second edition of an eminently practical book on UK construction insurance and was born out of collaboration between a construction law specialist and an insurance law specialist. The book was originally conceived because the UK construction industry including architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, clients, contractors, and lawyers advising insurers need to have a practical reference book to turn to which covers the interaction between construction and insurance subjects. It contains new content, with up-to-date commentary on all the most important contracts, regulations, and policies.
