Author Description

Stan Miller, the governor of Texas and close friend of Sheriff Ted Kline, is in danger. An assassin has been hired by a political rival to eliminate him. The governor is also watching his wife die from terminal cancer. When things go wrong for the assassin, he makes changes to his plans that created added peril to the governor's life. Kline and his wife, Kat, find themselves in a race against the clock and the Austin Police Department to save their friend.
