Author Description

Melvin the caterpillar was enjoying an Autumn day, high up in his favorite tree, when a gust of wind sent him and his leaf down to the ground. All the leaves fell from his tree, so he had to find a new place to live, and new food. It got cold, so he bundled up and took a nap. He's shocked when he wakes up to his changed body. He had to learn how to fly and what to eat. In the end, he's happy being a butterfly. Includes illustration of the butterfly life cycle, a worksheet of butterfly lifecycle and three coloring sheets--just for fun.
