Twenty-four distinguished leading surgeons from USA, UK, Ireland, Russia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Denmark and Sweden gives their free view on modern surgical training and the forming of future surgeons. The book is an integrated part of the Surgicon Project: "A non-profit global network to harmonize surgical skills across borders." The book was released at the 2nd Surgicon Congress, Sweden 17-19 June 2013.
