These are the proceedings of the Second International Conference on Internet Technologies and Applications (ITA 07), hosted by the Centre for Applied Internet Research (CAIR) at the University of Wales, North East Wales Institute of Higher Education (NEWI), Wrexham, North Wales, UK from Tuesday 4th to Friday 7th September 2007.
