Project delivery system is a design process through which the owner develops a structural organization that fits the owner's needs as well as the level of risks the owner is willing to take. This book explores traditional design-bid-build, CM-at-risk, design build, and integrated project delivery. It highlights the mechanism for aligning the interests of different stakeholders as well as potential risks to each stakeholder in each delivery method.
