A new edition of a reference book, which was first published in 1982, this volume aims to provide comprehensive coverage of all types of insulated cable, from wiring and flexible cables for general use, to distribution, transmission and submarine cables. All chapters, as well as the appendices and bibliography, have been updated and a new chapter on cables for electronic applications has been added.
