This work is intended as an aid to those practitioners pre- paring briefs before Michigan Courts. Michigan is fortunate in having an official citation system, the Michigan Uniform System of Citations, adopted by the Michigan Supreme Court, October 4, 1971, Administrative Order No. 1971-3, 385 Mich xxvi. Those rules form the basis of this manual.
