Current Legal Problems has been produced by the Faculty of Laws of University College London for forty years. This year publication moved to Oxford University Press. The Review (1992, Volume 45, Part I) was published in May of this 1992. Part II contains the texts of the Current LegalProblems lecture series and a number of other seminar papers presented at University College London.
