
Being present, aware, and embracing feelings after the transition of a loved one, relationship, career, losing all your earthly or all of your earthly possessions has the potential to create profound grief and sadness. Suffocating feelings of what ought to be should be or could have been can cause you not to only feeling stuck, lifeless, and hopeless. The book breathe was birthed out of the pain of my mother transitioning. Her death was different from the passing of my father although both had a tumultuous effect on my life. Something happened after mama left her. Nothing was the same, yet I know I had to live for my child. Learning to breathe again is a journey. The intention of this workbook is to assist you in your journey and healing. Remembering who you are and knowing tears are not weaknesses. Tears are the healing waters of your soul. Let this be the start of what you had no idea was available to you.
