The 11th Edition of Wright and Oakley’s Cases and Materials on Federal Courts will retain the style and structure of the 10th Edition, with its distinctive emphasis on cases and annotative footnotes rather then lengthy comments and questions by the editors. It will be fully up-to-date, including over a dozen new principal cases, and fully revised annotations.
