This compact and yet sophisticated casebook is designed for a four-hour introductory course on contract law. In addition to covering the fundamentals of the standard course, it devotes special attention to contemporary judicial methods for dealing with contracts, particularly standard form contracts. The authors have endeavored to be frank about their ideological differences and give insight into a range of possible disputes. The discussion and the problems are meant to amplify the themes presented in the cases.
